MAGNOLIA COMMUNITY
Located on a peninsula west of some of Seattle's busiest neighborhoods, Magnolia seems like a tranquil island in a big-city ocean. It retains a small-town atmosphere, despite being only minutes from the skyscrapers of downtown and west side neighborhoods such as Queen Anne, Fremont, Wallingford, Ballard, and Phinney Ridge. The neighborhood is set off from the rest of the city by three bridges. This keeps traffic to a minimum and makes Magnolia real estate a unique option for many Seattle real estate buyers.
The central shopping district known as "Magnolia Village" is where you’ll find your morning coffee and special events like annual parades and festivals. Discovery Park, the city’s largest, boasts 534 acres that include seven miles of trails winding along a cliff and down to the beach. The park is home to eagles, herons, falcons, foxes, and beavers. Views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains are like no where else in town.
Magnolia Bluff is known for grand homes with panoramic views of Puget Sound with a park and walking path. Magnolia homes have some of the best city views that include the Space Needle and Mt. Rainier. Magnolia Condominiums are now being built, offering new options in the Magnolia real estate market. Some Magnolia view condos also have Seattle city skyline views that include the Cascades for a dramatic sunrise.
The Magnolia Lofts gives you an opportunity to live in one of Seattle’s premiere neighborhoods just minutes from downtown.
