Mark Horiuchi, homeowner and prominent local artist (www.markhoriuchi.com), utilized his talents as a master craftsman throughout the year of construction. Every aspect of the project was carefully considered. Several years were spent crafting a plan with our architect; we wanted a site specific building, tailored to our land and neighborhood.
MAGNOLIA COMMUNITY
Located on a peninsula west of some of Seattle's busiest neighborhoods, Magnolia seems like a tranquil island in a big-city ocean. It retains a small-town atmosphere, despite being only minutes from the skyscrapers of downtown and west side neighborhoods such as Queen Anne, Fremont, Wallingford, Ballard, and Phinney Ridge. The neighborhood is set off from the rest of the city by three bridges. This keeps traffic to a minimum and makes Magnolia real estate a unique option for many Seattle real estate buyers.
